Billy was an associate of mobster Frank Mosca, he ran a background check on Mosca's new girl, Gina Troyano, an interior designer from Philadelphia (which she passed), drives Mosca's limo, and also arranged for a drive-by shooting against Mosca and Gina to make it look like Mosca's rival, Jimmy Roth, did the shooting, then disposed of the car and destroyed all evidence.
